Safety should be the top priority before engaging into any type of physical activity. These are a few things to consider before engaging into an outdoor exercise as simple as running. 
These tips will ensure running as an enjoyable exercise. First, wear proper and comfortable footwear. It will help protect your feet from blisters. Second, depending on the climate, wear cool clothing during the hot season or wear jackets for warmth during cold season. Also, do not compromise comfort for style. Lastly, listen to your body. If you feel tired, take a break and hydrate yourself. Do not exhaust yourself to the point of exasperation.
Most people forget that exercises are meant to be both fun and beneficial and that many people forget to observe the very basics causing more harm than good. The above mentioned are just a few basic tips to ensure a fun way to enjoy the sport of running.
