A smartphone is the highest evolution for any handheld device. Now, integrated to its cellular function is the smartphone’s biggest changer, the inclusion of the Internet. Who would have thought putting the “world” right on our hands, do all other things on the very same device, like video call, play 3-Dimensional games, book flights, pay transactions, shop, track locations using GPS, get access to dictionaries, the Holy Bible and a whole library of e-Books, etc. All these, we can all have in our Smartphones, right?
However, when a smart phone contains more features, it demands more time. Admit it whether you like it or not, you’re glued to your phone and potentially lose track of time. Thus, is the challenge it imposes: ‘are we using smartphone technology to our advantage, as seemingly though? Or are we constantly demanding for more and be trapped? Should we be the ones outsmarting, managing these gadgets or are we outsmarted and enslaved?
