We, women, are like precious stones, carved gently with a fine hand. Brought to the world to shine like diamonds.
Women in the past are strong but fragile inside. The battle for equality about gender made a tremendous gap in the future.
There are few voices that reached out, speak up and stand for the rights, the pureness of its intentions. That is the women today to whom I refer to as diamonds that lasts.
Define An Exceptional Woman
Woman are builders, not a contractor. As seen in the most job industries, there are women who build steady clients. They build a genuine relationship that grows the company portfolio. This is not a threat to men, this is to emphasize how women are exceptional to work with.
Women need not flowers, we need words. For a woman to act like one, we need words of affirmation. We love that, to which we live by day with words. The Expression of love is to communicate, speak up and connect to the people we cherish.
Need quality time. Modern women has less time than a centennial woman. Our time is tied to organizing, homemaking, parenting, and to be just a wife. Quality times are essential to her. When united to a family circle, alone with her spouse or a partner, having a good time with kids is an antidepressant that gives strength and urged to live her moments in a day.
We need an act of kindness. We are pleased to offer our unconditional act of service as a symbol of generosity. We never command but we gratify those people around us. Be it your own community of people, servant, employees and those who are not associated to you at all.
We need a gift of love. Physical gifts are prized, but a real gift is not always a material possession. But the love that no one can ever spell its words nor has syllables to utter.
We need physical touch. A physical touch is a language used to communicate with the people you love. A touch of a mother to her daughter when she topples on the ground. A pat on the back of a friend who suffers from depression. A tight embrace to a hurt teen who experiences rejection. And a mind-body intimacy to her husband.
This why I describe women as diamonds. We bear children, feed them, instruct them to build a good system, to follow and respect the aged and to cherish a life that their mother's once sacrificed.
