I noticed students faces had no traces of problem, those are the lucky ones. Maybe they look fresher because of their youth and grace. While few are needing assistance which they can use to provide for their studies. It's really hard out there, Isn't it? and I have endured that too.

It's impossible to give all that they needed because of the school demand. The cost of education is costly, projects, transportation, and even accommodation.

1. Summer Job. My cousin from grade twelve was a seeker. They were not poor but still, her mother had difficulties sending her kids to school. She found this job in a supermarket in the city close to our house about the job offer for the whole month of vacation. She's getting paid a minimum wage that she uses to enroll for college. I know you never rested for the whole school year, but if money is the issue, you can find it inside your hometown.

Go to PESO office in your municipalities and submit your bio-data, it's called resume or curriculum vitae nowadays. You can also inquire about the available jobs during the summer for students.

2. Hourly or Partime Job. you can find some stores who accept the part-time jobs on an hourly basis. This is a good chance when you're studying and working part-time because of the time flexibility.

You can go online and look for opportunities in the POEA official website. They don't just offer an overseas job but local companies listed some job like data typing or encoding and temporary liaison officers or a messenger. You can head over to their facebook page and see the latest announcements.

3. Apply for scholarship programs. This is not new, but fortunately, the web proves it's capability to show you various list to apply for scholarship programs by governments which are legitimate entities that help students to enter colleges.

4. Student loan. In 2008, there was a program implemented by Manny Villar where random college students have availed the student loan to support their thesis and feasibility studies. Those from second to fourth-year college students in the government universities nationwide are taking the opportunity. I was one of those fortunate students who received the assistance. Always watch out the bulletin boards on the campus where they posted most of the important announcements.

Because chances like this will happen to you. I have been waiting for years after graduation about the payment options on how to pay back the money we owed. It turns out to be an assistance fund and we don't need to pay for it.

There are many ways to help your parents with the university bills. In fact, some campuses are giving unlimited opportunities for limited students like Library Assistant, Utility job, Maintenance job and more. You can approach your professors for a help. Surely they know someone and can recommend you to their friends and connections.
