Another is to be open-minded about things. Remember, you are not always right. You have to get your facts straight before entering a heated argument because you might only end up in shame because of wrong ideas and opinion. Be willing to listen and to weigh judgments impartially.
It is a good feeling to be right about things but may it never be the reason for us to offend others. Let’s always keep in mind that our relationship with others must never be damaged simply because of opinions.
