What do you think about the go-green project in the Philippines? We probably think about the number of calamities in our country each year damaging our nature so our natural resources and our income.
Any damage caused by natural phenomenon will no longer surprise us because it's been more aggravated for the long years.
We've seen government projects that truly serve one goal, to unite in restoring our Earth from the damage brought by the people itself.
Are we disciplined enough to implement the goal of our nation?
Did we ever feel the agony of the creatures in the ocean? Not at all right? Plastics are the most detrimental to our nature, followed by deforestation.
We actually lose our passion concerning about our environment where we nested.
Garbage is all over the places, and when the rain comes wastes blocks our drainage system where it causes huge flooding and thus put us in danger.
Let's take a look at how government projects in the Philippines and see how can we participate individually.
Initially, the government made a partnership with foundations. As a community of people, we can be part of it.
Tree Planting. This is to restore a wide area of extensive or almost bare forests.
Location, Cebu City Region 7. DENR stated that there's only 5 percent of the forest land which has been planted. That made about 7100 hectares out of 142,000 ha of forest land, 95 % is empty. Can you imagine that?
The project aims to restore the land with Mamalis tree which is a good source of high quality of white woods basically to use in building furniture and accessories. This is a sustainable project for the community to provide livelihood and provide accessories for the manufacturer as they recapitulate increase job availability in the Country.

There are over 35 thousand hectares of an idle land which has been planted with almost ninety thousand trees. The project aimed at a mode of livelihood program to help and train communities.

The green project is not only about establishing a reusable resource, instead of a sustainable work and living framework. To contribute a well managed long-term economic growth just inside that suburban community.
