This Is How Fitness Should Be




What it feels like to be in a whim on trying to lose every inch of that stubborn fat inside your body. To cut back on eating high carb and shifting into a low carb diet is a test of commitment. Whether, the amount in your purse matters or replacing the old habit of complaining, and working towards your fitness goals.
Elna whose a 175 pounds woman who lives in the same apartment with me and her other four roommates.  And I was living in a separate room where we shared our rents. We also shared the kitchen and the laundry area.

I notice that every payday she did all the groceries. Organic Vegetable and fruits, some healthy grains and cereals. In the second week of the month, I still saw her grinding her spinach and cucumber in the kitchen. But as the third-week approaches, I found her, cooking pasta, rice every meal and meat. I think The 30-Day challenge is a flap or a joke. And her roommates ordered some pizza for dinner to celebrate the defeat.

I came to her to remind her about her goal in a nice way, this is why you need like-minded people surrounds you.



Always remember if you're on a fitness program you have to:

Do your calculations. Your weight and the program that fits for you. The diet program that can be pursued at home to lower gym membership. Your budget and the length of the fitness program. This will allow you to plan the cost of daily food intake as the program resume.

Know yourself and your goal. Your commitment does matter, so if you don't rely on yourself alone, then you can't trust that any program will work for you. The moment you decide to deal with everything. You are totally in control of everything. No if's or but's. Just continue what you have started.
Ditch laziness and comfort zones. Say your fitness instructor was on the 3rd week of slaughtering you on your fitness session. It was the hardest part of the program. He was there to motivate and discourage you as part of the process. It was part of the training. You feel like giving up because you were demotivated, he's shouting on you like a loser. You mind shouted at him, saying  I can do this yo! This is what I need, and the only thing I can do for myself is to put myself out of my comfort. Comforts are tasty foods, my comfortable bed, and my office swivel chair. Nice!

Reward. That size 6  off shoulder white lace blouse the mannequin was wearing was exactly for me 5 weeks from now. With the reward in mind after your journey of losing a pound is one of the strategies and you will never break the scale again.

The support. Surrounded by people who will do a favor for you when it comes to diet. They do not need to be a vegan to be there around you. The people with compassion to lift you when you feel like crossing on a railway.

Find the best gym in town. Take a look at their types of equipment. The availability of instructors and if they are eligible to perform and teach fitness routine. Certificates are important too. Better be safe than compromise your life.



Fitness shouldn't be hard at all, and the moment you think about it, you'll be far away from that 175 pounds beauty. Push harder towards the end of the finish line and be like the best version of yourself.
