I used to weigh 212.8 pounds about a year ago and moving around was so hard that I always had a back pain due to my protruded belly. I never thought of weight loss and fitness even once before I hit the hardest wall of my life when blood sugar levels and blood pressure rose up to the extreme end of the scale.
Weight Loss & Fitness became my goal when I finally realized that I might not woke up from my sleep one night. I decided to give my body a chance to live normally again and enjoy my days free from illnesses. I counted my calories, went to the gym, and ate healthy meals.
I pushed myself to the best that I can. It was an incredible journey, one that can’t be forgotten. I learned a lot of things not only about being healthy and fit but also about life’s philosophy and character development. Many things will follow when you think of something better for yourself. Some people might think of moving on from their broken relationships, but for me it’s Weight Loss and Fitness.
