I'm going to kick this off with a few questions.
What were your vital stats?
We are often concerned, insecure with our bodies. We compared a lot without noticing how special our own body is. The vital statistic shows a perfect number of 36-24-36. That's a distinct hourglass figure which is very rare for women and is lucky enough to have it.
It doesn't mean that we have to body-shame those who are not. Our bodies are so special and therefore let's not compare, instead, we have to maintain our figure at its best shape.
What is your body type?
Our body shapes are a distinction of fat distribution in our bodies. If you had an hourglass figure, then your body fats were equally distributed to your body.
Pear shapes are like a spoon, the fats are mostly in your hips area. So, the hip is widest that the bust and waist.
Rectangle or Banana. The most common body types, which you can easily clothe with any types of dresses. Your body is often called straight or no shape.
Apple Shape. You are considered with this shape having a wider shoulder or bigger bust size with a smaller hip than your waistline. If you look at an inverted triangle, that's how apple shape looks like.
A study shows that there is forty-six percent of women who are a rectangle-shaped body which composes most of the figures in the world. One out of four were apple shape, two out of ten are pear-shaped and the rarest body figure is hourglass which shows eight from hundred women who are lucky.
