What Habits Do You Need To Replace?



Whether or not we realize it, our habits both deliberate and unconscious play an integral part on how we respond when confronted with challenging situations. Habits are practices that affect our decisions each day. However, if we remain unaware of these things it might yield dissatisfying results.
Here is some list of the bad habits we might not be aware of.
1. Lazinessnot liking to work hard or to be active. It causes people to feel that they do not want to work. To deal with laziness is to learn how to practice self-discipline and try to begin pursuing things that inspires you.
2. Procrastinationit is to delay doing something that should be done. Stop procrastinating! Try to spend at least 15 minutes each day and finish your project before the deadline.
3. Unhealthy eating - It is also important to be aware of what food you take. Foods play a vital role to perform our daily task. In other words, our kind of energy depends on what kind of food we eat. Thus, taking healthy foods is a must.
4. Intending to exercise but never getting around to it. John and his friends agreed to do a morning jog early at dawn but ended waking up late. Most of us find ourselves often guilty about this. No matter how busy we are in school or in work we must find time to make our physical health a priority.
5. Spending most of the time watching television. As the saying goes," Time is Gold". Indeed. Spending your whole time in front of TV is a time wasted! Use that time to reconnect with your friends or do things that needs to be done. Watching TV is not a bad thing, what makes it bad is when you spend too much time in front of it.
