Possible new villains in Avengers 4

At the end of the novel "Thanos: Titan Consumed" which is intended to detail Thanos' back story, there is a very interesting quote. "They are hidden, Thanos, because they are too powerful. And because the Celestials and the others, the ones whom the celestials fear, keep close watch on the stones from afar." Now, this novel is based on the MCU but not necessarily canon. However, it was written well before Infinity War's release yet includes Thanos taking Gamora and hints at his out of body experience after successfully snapping. This implies while the story may not be absolute canon, the author still consulted with those behind the scenes of the film. Considering that relevant IW info was present in this book, it is fair to assume some Avengers 4 info is as well. Will we see the Celestials getting involved in A4? It makes sense since Collector's footage of them in Guardians of the Galaxy indicates they have a history with the stones. Perhaps the "others" are the Builders?
