Millennials are those born bet. 1981-1996 US think tank Manila-Who are the so-called Millennials?

It turns out that if you are born bet.1981-1996,you are a Millennials according to U.S think tank Pew Research Center..
      "Pew Research Center has been studying the Millennial  generation for more than a decade.But as we enter 2018 ,its become clear to us thats its time to determine a cut off point between Millennials and the next generation.
   "Pew Research Center  Pres. Michael Dimock said on their website.
      Turning 37 this year the oldest Millennials are well into adulthood and they first enter adulthood before todays youngest adult were born.
     Dimock said that generational cut off points are not "exact science" are should be viewed primarily as tools".
      Generations are often considered by the span ,but again there is no agreed upon formula for how long the span should be at 16 years(1981-1996)our working definitions of Millennials will be equivalent in age span to their preceding generation,Generation X born between(1965-1980)he said..
     By this definition ,both are shorter than the span of the Baby boomers (19years)-the only generations officially designated by the U.S Census Bureau;based on the famous surge in past WW11 birth in 1946 and a significant decline in birthrates after 1964".
      Dimock said the think tank has not yet decided on what to call the generation succeeding the Millennials.
       Since the oldest among the rising generation are just turning 21 this year and most are still in their teens;the think tank its too early to give them a vence and we look forward to watching as conversations among researchers ,the media,and the public help a name for this generations take shape.In the meantime we will simply call them "post-Millennial"until common nomenclature takes hold.
