I SUFFER HYPERVENTILATION SYNDROME

Yes i suffer hyperventilation syndrome.

I was in 2nd year high school nung una akong inatake.I was caught off guard ,bigla na lang kasi siyang umataki.Ang naalala ko lang ay may isang bagay na labis akong nasaktan at dinibdib ko nang sobra.Pag uwi ko galing scol bigla nalng naninikip ang dibdib ko,namumutla,kinapos ako sa paghinga ,naninigas mga  kamay ko at panga ,tingling sensation sa ulo ko.Nahimatay ako ,after a period of time pagkagising ko nasa hospital na ako.

Ang hyperventilation ay ang tawag sa physical at emotional na sintoma dala nang pag hyperventilate,ito ay ang mabilis at malalim na paghinga na sobra pa sa need nang katawan natin.You may feel na naubusan ka nang hangin pero ang totoo niyan bumaba ang carbon monoxide count sa dugo mo which is below the healthy level at pag baba din nang resperatory alkosis of  your blood (high blood ph) develop.

Hyperventilation syndrome is believed to be caused by psychological factors and by definition has no organic cause. It is one cause of hyperventilation with others including infection, blood loss, heart attack,hypocapnia or alkalosis due to chemical imbalances, decreased cerebral blood flow, and increased nerve sensitivity.

In one study, one third of patients with HVS had "subtle but definite lung disease" that prompted them to breathe too frequently or too deeply.Yes totoo pong resulta ito kung meron kang sakit na affected ang lungs,I had TIPUS when i was 7yrs old since then weak na ang lungs ko at very susceptible na for infection.
Many people with panic disorder oragoraphobia will experience HVS. However, most people with HVS do not have these disorders.

As days passed i learned and tried so hard to overcome this illness,Di man siya fatal pero it may trigger other illness in your body. At ayoko ko na ring bansagan nila ako nang drama queen ,dahil akala nila drama lang daw pag hinimatay ako.Di lang nila alam ang takot na madarama ko kung ako ba ay magising pa o hindi na.Di nila alam ang takot nang mama ko everytime atakihin ako nung kakaumpisa pa lang,si mama lang kasi ang nakaunawa , But mow kailangan kong lumaban dahil nag iisa nalang akong harapin to,wala na kasi si mama ko just 2yrs after ako na diagnose.
Now i try to control myself my emotions and try not to get acquainted to negativity at mga taong nega.My life and my health is in progress now with the help of some vitamins and deal with my stress not so seriously. But above all only god knows kailan niya tayo kukunin... 😊
