            Fat, skinny, brute, and sexy, are the words that defines our self-identity. Our body image is one of the most significant things to take care of; it is the cover of who we truly are. Our lives depend upon what is suitable for our bodies. Wherever you go, a person could not see anyone who’s not concern of himself.

            People are judged based on how they appear to the public. How they look onto your body image instantly sights that you are what you appear. Meaning, how a person should look must be based upon his personality. For example, if a person is skinny, it is assumed that he doesn’t eat that much, while when a person is fat, obviously, he eats too much. This is the truth of the society that is why people are concerned about their shapes and sizes.

            It is really important how a person is concerned about his looks, by that, he will try his best to stay healthy as possible. It is not about the lack of confidence; it is about putting a control of yourself for the betterment of your own.
