Birthday parties, dedications, house warming, weddings-- these are some events that we sometimes get invited and all too often, we turn them down at first or at the last minute because of some unforeseen circumstances, but all too often it is for the reason that we already feel too tired attending such especially if it is hosted at the end of the day. While some may view it simply as some time to enjoy food and catch up, the hosts has very special reasons for inviting you and among those reasons are stated below.
The host wants you to be a part of that event because you play a significant role in their lives and they wish to share every blessing they have with you and also to make memories with. It may that their baby boy turns two years old, or they just got a new house or a new car. Occasions like that are special for them and they want you to celebrate with. Catching up sure is another reason. They also want to know how you have been as much as you want to know about them. Lastly, they just want to have fun with you because after all, that’s what friends are for. They want you to celebrate those little milestones and take part of the joy and happiness it brought to their lives.
Life is composed of little puzzles that complete a whole picture. The next time you are invited to some occasions, think of yourself as one of the little pieces that will somehow complete the whole picture of their lives.
