A few years ago, networking business system was introduced here in the Philippines and also in other countries to extend and expand businesses globally. This has created successful men and women who were potentially pioneers and risk takers. Life in business is normally and highly risky especially for Filipinos with employment or job mentality. Educating ourselves seems to be challenging and enduring for a quiet long time for we were taught and raised as warriors, servants and workers with unquestionable performance than to stand as businessmen and businesswomen or even rulers and leaders, though we all are admittedly capable to, that even other countries are astounded to hire us and work for them and make their companies and businesses grow bigger and bigger as we are ought to do.
But we had finally found bigger for ourselves and indulge to businesses capable of supplying better for our way of living and more and more numbers take the opportunity in networking business!
About 15 years ago, ups and downs were felt by many. Having this networking system was a learning stage for Filipinos. This few lessons will enlighten and awake the few who have lost hearts and minds to involve themselves again in this world of networks.
One reason why we fail in networking business is Lack of Education about it. Learning things might not be easy for the few. Attending seminars and training are barely enjoyable. And taking time to recall and repeat them is almost most of the time rejected. And soon we lose the excitement of doing it and then stop it. The first stage of growth requires deep learning, hard work and heart to succeed. Strong Foundation in all things leads to stability and strength to endure and remain unwavered. They shall eat the goods of the land to those who have diligence! Learning is priceless!
Another reason for failure is wrong practices even having the right system. All types of business have their own standard system to follow and networking system has an ideal and favorable one for the masses. And the majority fails to embody the true meaning. How we do the business following the system needs more time to master and so then we follow what we think and feel working for us. We are trapped on our ways handling the business than following what we should learn. These Filipino ways of handling business can fail other people joining the business and it created more and more. Networking business system has nothing to do with people who do not follow policy and rules. We join networking businesses to scam people, to speak and advertise lies and people join because of its attractiveness and easy money scheme without further investigations. Innocent and amateurs are victimized and blame networking. People who fail must pinpoint people who convinced them to join about issues and problems rising and not the networking system. Problems are created by people and not by the system. System lapses can be improved in time but wrong practices from people and failure mentality are hard to break. Painful experiences should make us wiser not whiners. Learning the right ways is sacrificial but it’s all worth it in time!
100% attitude is everything. True leaders with sincerity and compassion to help people do the businesses are rare. In business, one should be selective to choose the right leaders. Most join because of friendship and earning good money without attitude that sticks and so they fail to succeed. Quality of attitude and work is promising to gain success.
Networking System is one of the best systems we can find. Understanding its real spirit would take quality time. But we all are masterpieces in progress! Whether it is networking or traditional business etc., quality of learning and attitude with leadership requires quality spirit of passion, persistence, determination and humility. Teachable spirit must grow and grind and the rests will follow.
