Saving Mother Earth

As the human population rapidly increases, so are the problems pertaining to pollution do. The condition of global pollution is already alarming that every environmental organizations all over the world tend to create policies and regulations to help mitigate the effects of this problem. However, no matter what they do, it stills seems like our pollution problem is worsening than ever.

As individuals, we can help our own planet through little acts but can collectively create an impact. Here are some ways we can help save Mother Earth:

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

When we were young we were taught this strategy but we really did not know how important this was. Now, let us be serious than ever in implementing 3R’s on our daily lives.

We can help through reducing our consumption of non-biodegradable items such as plastic. As much as possible we have to refuse the using such and turn in to recyclables and sustainable items. We can bring our own eco-bags when we shop, use metal utensils instead of disposables when eating out, or try to lessen use of papers in the office.

Reuse items or stuffs by donating them instead of throwing away, reuse containers for other purposes, or use 1 side printed scratch papers instead of clean papers.

Recycle items through creating new products from materials deemed to be thrown. Make DIY projects and stuffs which is actually fun and useful at the same time.

Grow a tree

For every land development being done, countless trees are being cut down as well. If you have a backyard or a space, you can dedicate it to grow a tree or even just a plant garden. Plants are proven to clean our air and also absorb negative energy. If you do not have a space, volunteer on tree planting events in your community.

Be Responsible

Last but not the least is to be responsible. Throw your garbage properly. Segregate. Conserve resources. The Earth is our only home. If it dies, we die with it. So, let us be responsible citizens of the world and remember that our every action will have results. Save lives. Save our future. Save the Earth.
