            At every home, they cook, does the laundry, clean the bathroom, and take care of the infants, and they never enjoyed concerts, luxuries, travel, and the bourgeoisie. We call them mom, mama, mommy or mudra, the woman who’s the owner of every child’s heart. The woman who kept on keeping their selves always on our sides despite all the problems she encounters in her daily undertakings. The woman whom we love the most.

            They were our friend, our food buddy, love expert, personal rapper, and most of all the love of our lives. Our mother is one of the people whom we find difficult to resist. Their smile, it was so intense. The way they pressed their lips on to your cheeks seems like the world is beginning to end. It was amazing, so pure, and so disconcerting.

            Yet, not all of us had the opportunities to meet their mother. It was sad how others could not feel the tenderness of their skin, the way they hug in times of sadness and happiness. It was sad, but someday there will come a time when you are a parent. Hug them, kiss them, open up to them, and love them. Being a loving mother is what makes a girl a woman.
