How do you live your life right now? Why are you living this way? You may be into a challenge for some reason. Give it up or live with it.
Inner peace is what we lack right now and these are things you may or may not settle with. The choice is yours.
1. Impress People. Can't blame yourself right? there's a lot of competition out there. If you think you're better than anybody else in your company, you have to show off. Show them what you've got. Sometimes we overworked ourselves so much in exchange for a position in the company. There are two things you may notice, you're doing it with a distinct agenda in your heart or doing an exceptional job better with less supervision or no one's watching.
2. Keeping Hatreds. I think it's time to let it go like the Disney song. Hatred is a thousand percent killer, it also contributes to the quality of life you have. Loving your enemy is impossible, but letting the hates and hurtfull burdens go away. It is not that healthful for you to keep.
3. Material Possessions. You can't have it all and you will never be satisfied. Strong people ditch what's not relevant to their household or anything that necessitates money. They endeavor for contentment even how appealing to have a new phone, they have control over their obsessions.
4. Self Pity. You will end up blaming other people about how their life doing and yours was devastating. By accepting how situations turn into. That you don't have control over it finding yourself a way out and have the courage to move on.
5. Being With Noxious People. Toxic relationships that don't warrant a better communication or appreciation with each other is completely injurious. Strong people stay away from them because they are emotionally and mentally draining.
If you think you're one of those mentally strong people. Keep it up, you have supplemented a hundred more years to live.
