I am Positive!

Good things happen when you have a positive state of mind. You will attract positive people, positive situations and even positive opportunities. Positivity does not arise from circumstances but rather it is being created. It is a result of your everyday choices. It is an outcome of your reactions. It is about your perceptions.

Here are some ways on attracting positivity:

Claim it

The moment you wake up or whenever you start your day, smile and tell yourself that “today is going to be awesome”. Or whatever phrase you feel comfortable as long as you claim it.

Create a positive mood

Take deep breaths, listen to uplifting music, observe the nature. As little as you seem these things may be but it brings calmness and positive disposition.

Be kind

Treat everyone the way you want to be treated. Give to those who are in need, show kindness to every being you meet and you’ll get surprised on how light you will feel that will eventually attract all the positive vibes you need for the day.

Say no to negativity

Negativity does not only come from circumstances but most of the time it comes in the form of human beings. As much as possible, especially when you are still thriving to be positive, veer away from negative people who do not have anything else to do but rant, judge others, complain and be grumpy all day long. These types of people have so much energy of driving other people down without even knowing it.

Laugh

Surround yourself with people who makes you laugh out loud. Be happy and joyous!

Be grateful

Count your blessings. Appreciate everything you have. Remember that every people has a unique situation. Never compare.

Think positive

Bite into the bright side! Look at the positive view of things amidst difficult situation. Train your mind to choose peace than to meddle with your negative emotions. Try to rise above any situation and you will realize that such circumstances happen for a reason.

Remember that your situations are the result of your choices. When you attract positive, you attract inner peace. Choose to be positive every day!
