Here is the simplest way I can suggest to attain not just healthy skin but also shiny young looking skin. I believe that everyone wants this type of skin but just barely can get it because of several factors like it is hard to eat food like some fruits and mostly vegetables which are unlikable to our taste. I have been exposed to different methods and ways how to get practically healthy and led to unexpectedly rejuvenating and radiating blooming, white skin in around 5 years of strictly vegetarian lifestyle which seldom taking meat we usually eat. And in these years of experience, i have gathered a satisfying and guaranteed tools and applications to your journey to health and nature’s skin. Nature’s skin means a skin raised by nature’s influence in terms of natural food. We have seen many advises and practical ways to obtain this goal for our body but my suggestion will surely make it less hassle for you to do it as part of your daily routine.
Here are the practical points you need to know:
·    There are 3 forms of food our body is taking from the environment and these are solids, liquids and gases in form.
·     All of us are enjoying these but normally we more enjoy taking the solid ones. In terms of absorption, solid foods are the hardest and take time to digest within our bodies. Normally, it is also taking you more time before you get the desired result in your body especially in your skin. Very challenging and we barely win over them. Can you eat raw food like ampalaya, carrots, tomato etc?
For centenarians and vegetarians this is easy but for majority, it would take long time and usually they fail. Though taking raw natural food make our skin goal become fulfilling and satisfying. But it is entirely not easy for everyone especially for those struggling swallowing when it’s their first time. By deep willingness and discipline, it can be done otherwise.
·     Liquid ones are one of the FASTEST ABSORBING FOODS for our body. It takes short time for them to reach your blood to directly distribute to your cells and the biggest organ, the skin. This is the easiest and practical steps to follow through.
·     Gases appear in the body after taking any food and break down into single element to be distributed to all parts of the body. But the most common is breathing air. This is entirely possible in doing exercise or breathing exercise in nature. This is part of the procedure. Our body is a working body so any forms of exercise are normal and should be natural.
So to make it easy for most people, I have provided below some recommendations:
1.   More Water - People are not aware how H2O affects the overall health and skin lasting beauty. More or less 70% of liquid our body is composed of to maintain high alkalinity and low acidity. This state makes your goal possible. Drink more than 8 glasses of water a day. To some it is not possible to do it. Recommendation: I suggest for you to drink other type of liquids which you enjoy the most and what is that? Fruit juices. Everyone loves sweets. And it will be easy way to like drinking this liquid. The cheapest one which is my usual option is the lemon and honey. I never use any sugar since except if there’s no honey. I usually prefer brown sugar. You can buy also buko juices and other fruits and swallow them directly.
2.   Buy a Juicer - Using this device make things easier for you to take especially fruits and vegetables that are sweet and bitter in taste at the same time. You can mix them accordingly. Depends on your taste. This way even bitter one is easier to take in few seconds.
3.   Exercise or any sports activity/sweating - This helps eliminate faster the acids accumulated for many years which contributed to your drying dehydrating skin. The more bad acids are released, new healthy acids from natural food are replaced and new healthy skin will be birthed.
4.   Take a bath daily and wash face every night - Doing this hasten the whitening result of your skin. Cold temperature and refreshment contribute to whitening and rejuvenating skin. Also, Exfoliation (taking old skin) is very important for new skin rebirth. You can use soap with papaya, kojik or gluta or with any natural ingredients.
5.   These are the natural food I usually take those years. We commonly have bitter gourd (amplaya), carrots, apple, pineapple, buko, tomato, orange, cardava and almost all common fruits we can buy in the market places. For whiter skin, you can take papaya (solo), buko, broccoli (gluta ingredient), carrots, and apple. For blooming pinkish or reddish skin, you can take tomato, apple or any red and green substances. If you’re having a hard time taking some natural liquids, you can put honey as natural substitute to sweeten them.
6.   If you want easier and faster to do these, you can buy natural juices normally sold by networking companies. I suggest barley juice as my best natural juice for now. Whole food juice is I think the best juice we can take than other juices we usually have in our homes. All ingredients you need are in this product. Or any whole food juices available in the market.
     Our body is the temple of God. It absolutely means it is the most important thing God values and wants to have. It is the only vessel He can dwell in. Probably it is the greatest wealth a man has. When your body dies, you have nothing. And what you have will be given to anyone who lives. We work to live and not work for money. If you want to live, spend for yourself and others. That way, you have more strength to earn more and have spent money wisely. Lifestyle expenses (health, adventure, pleasure etc.) are mainly where money should be spent the most. It is more valuable and worth spending for.
