Most of us have undesired bodies formed overtime without consciousness to maintain our health and figure. We only gain more attention when we start to see ugliness and unfulfilling physical and emotional state.
This state creates making solutions. Mostly we begin to accept unpractical ideas from any sources and spend more time and money on matters and end up unsatisfied. We commonly hear advises to control or deprive our appetites and food consumption consistently. This idea is practically one of the hardest as far as I know.
Below are tested, easier methods to gain back and have the body we truly want!
  1. Maintain your high appetite on foods yet change your food into something healthier. You don’t need to lose it and eat less. This will make you sick, at worst creates diseases. High appetite is a sign of health but must be guided. Eat more but eat healthier. Good change will begin and you don’t lose the excitement to eat more.
  2. Not all healthier foods are like-able. But you can start those that are sweets and easy to take and swallow. Your taste will make improvement and accept food slowly which you reject before.
  3. You can have the body you want without exercise but not to extent as you wish. It partly helps. Exercise can form and tone your body even better. Exercise lightly and consistently until such time it becomes automatic.
  4. Above all, to be always in good emotional state is powerful and you can have the desired result faster. Do these things always with joy. This is found to be one of the greatest contributors of health.
The body can be manipulated and can be redesigned as we wish. It always has been designed for change.
