Yoga is an ancient practice of movement and breathing that is responsible for body and mind transformation. Hatha Yoga. "Hatha" means umbrella or a canopy. This is the old Sanskrit term spoken by classical India and Hinduism. a physical base yoga that introduces you to the beginning of practice. This includes slow and quick movements to produce heat on your body. The difference between a cardio workout is it takes a lot of movement through the use of a beat, dancing and pumping to produce heat in your body. Whichever you prefer is fine as long as you do it right or as per doctor’s advice.

We normally used our sauna bath for a minimum of one hour or more in our apartment to practice with my friends. A good way to hang out keeping ourselves fit and fab. This practice consists of a fix progression of stretching and breathing that will range for thirty days. If you skipped a one day practice you need to cover it and double the minutes of your practice the next day.

It could be a little daunting at first, but I believe you will fall in love with the benefits of yoga. I have tried it since 2010 when I suffered from severe menstrual cramps. I want to end the suffering and I researched, I have been enlightened by the book Women and Pain. Realizing that I was never been like before. I feel confident with my body and more connected with myself.
