People often ask me about EATING HABITS of my little one. Establishing healthy eating habit is really important to all of us moms. And part of that means listening to her body for cues when she’s hungry or she’s had enough already.
Our child’s eating habit is one of our top priorities. Just recently, we allowed her cookies and wafers mainly because our family members will hand her junk foods without asking my permission from us anyway. I don’t really make a big deal out of it as long as the amount is fine for her consumption. No matter how she wanted a certain food, she will not try to finish it when she’s had enough. Even a small amount you give her, she can’t tolerate finishing everything no matter how wanting she showed at first.
And that to us is very important. That she listens to what her body commands her. Ever since she came, we become vegetarians and so is her diet at home. Of course, we don’t make a big deal if we eat with family and she sees meat, we try to give it to her but it’s her who doesn’t want. And we’re very contented on how we have been raising her.
Introduce your child to healthy eating habits - healthier and lesser cost food choices are the most natural way possible. Start at an early age, stable and healthy eating habits is one of the best you can offer to your child.
