LETS HAVE A DATES for Valentines Day

 Dates or Tamar (Arabic word ) ay isang prutas na napakatamis ngunit believe it or not hindi ito nilalanggam ,it contains 75℅ of sugar when dried pero hindi nakakataba at di ka rin magkaroon nang diabetes instead ito po ay isang uri nang gamot.Minsan pag marami akong ginagawa tapos gutom na i will just grab a piece of dates ,di mo namalayan napawi na ang gutom mo.While nag tiles mining ako or nag bablog katabi ko eto.

Sa mga nag diet when you feel cravings of something sweet instead of chocolate try niyo mag dates if may available syempre lalo na sa mga kabayan ko na andito rin sa middle east.Ang dates din ay napaka importante para sa mga kapatid nating muslim lalo na pag ramadan ,kailangan talaga before sila mag break nang fasting nila kakain muna sila nang dates at uminom nang tubig.

Isa din sa natutunan ko while here in Kuwait is the benefits of dates for new born babies.And based on research dates can actually help strengthen the bones of a developing baby .Super easy lang ang procedure .Just boil 2pcs of dates with 200ml of water  for 5mins ,Use strainer to separate the water from the seed and other hard particles.Let it cool down a little,yung kaya nang baby inumin.Do it every other day .Really na pansin ko talaga ang bilis makalakad nang mga babies dito. 

One thing I will never forget everytime uuwi ako nang pinas ay ang pag bitbit nang dates kahit super bigat .You can hardly find dates in PH kung meron man seguro ang mahal.I was sending balikbayan box last week back home,walang chocolate only dates 😂
